In an atmosphere full of enthusiasm, we had the privilege of being present at the MAPFRE Chile Corporate Headquarters, where we met with Human Capital leaders from various companies belonging to CAMACOES - Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Chile.
The occasion could not have been more enriching, as we immersed ourselves in a special session on "Talent Management in the Future of Work: How to Make My Company a Winner in the Future Workplace." During this session, Ximena Paúl, current CEO and cofounder of NALA, shared new perspectives and technological solutions that are setting the standard in human capital management globally.
Within this dialogue, we explored the importance of adopting agility as an essential mindset to face the changing challenges of the work environment. Additionally, we explored how Data Analytics solutions, like Nala, are paving the way for agile performance management, more informed decision-making, and strategic talent management.
